The Yoga of Herbs with Five Practices/Therapies This class is about the practice of Ayurveda, and is the follow-up class to Ayurveda 101. The five practices are breathing, meditation, yoga, the use of herbs and what is called in Ayurveda a “sattvic” diet (a diet designed to bring you closer to “Sat” or Truth). Unless you are yoga instructor or already studying Ayurveda we strongly suggest that you take Ayurveda 101 first since these five practices are based in the theory of the five Pranas taught in Ayurveda 101.
