Getting up away from your desk and computer every hour or two can greatly improve your health and concentration. Sitting still for long periods can reduce circulation, putting extra stress on your cardiovascular system, digestion, and immune system to name a few. And of course we all know what it’s like to feel restless and struggle to concentrate from sitting at a computer hour after hour. Standing up and moving around periodically can really help! Getting that blood flowing can improve your concentration, mood, and your overall health. Yoga poses can add even greater benefit, stretching and relaxing specific muscle groups that get stiff and store at a typical workstation.

Try these easy poses to improve your mood during the workday!

Hare Pose
This relaxing and mood-lifting pose is also an excellent shoulder stretch for those sitting at a computer all day.

Seated Twist

A simplified twist pose, this stretches the muscles along the spine, eases lower back pain and improves digestion.

Extended Mountain Pose

A great full body stretch, this pose is relaxing and balancing, improving blood flow throughout the body.

Seated Cow Face Pose

An excellent stretch for the shoulders, upper back, and it specifically aids sciatica pain. This pose also opens the chest, improving breath, energy and concentration.

HI, I DONT KNOW IF AM DOING THE RIGHT THING HERE, BY TAKING UP SPACE IN YOUR COLLUM , BUT WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO SAY, I DID WENT AND GET THE ENDOSCOPY TEST DONE, ON TUESDAY,THIS WEEK AND I FOUND OUT THAT I HAVE DISTAL ESOPHAGITIS AND HIATAL HERNIA WHICH IS INFAMMATION. MY QUESTION IS, DO YOU HAVE NATURAL MEDICINE TO CLEAR THIS INFLAMMATION ? MY DOCTOR WANTS TO PUT ME ON NEXIUM BUT I NEVER LIKE CHEMICAL MEDICINE, BACK IN THE ISLANDS OF TOBAGO WELL TRINIDAD & TOBAGO, WHEN YOU HAVE SUCH THING MY MOTHER, OR GRATE GRANDMOTHER WOULD GO OUTSIDE AND GRAB COUPLE ROOT’S OF TURMERIC GIVE YOU AS A TEA, AND BOOM ALL INFECTIONS OR INFLAMMATION GONE FOR GOOD, SHE HAS JUST PASS ON LAST YEAR, SO AM ALL ALONE, SHE WOULD OF SURE FIND A NATURAL CURE FOR ME. IF YOU HAVE ANY THING THAT CAN HELP I WOULD SURELY FIND YOU BY GPS. JUST SAY WHEN TO COME NOT ON A MONDAY OR WEDNESDAY OR FRIDAY.GIVE THE OTHER DAYS. DESPERATELY NEED SOME SORT OF MEDICINE FOR THIS INFLMMATION. I DONT WANT NEXIUM.TOO MUCH CHEMICAL. NEVER GROW IN CHEMICAL MEDICINE, NEVER.
