Common use:
Supports healthy urinary function; promotes urinary flow; supports prostate health; calming effect on the bladder.
Other Uses:
Supports respiratory health; soothes the mucus tissue, such as the
throat and bronchial passages (can be combined with Nettle leaf
preparations).
Suggested directions:
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over ½ to 1 teaspoonful of herb. Allow
to steep 4-7 minutes, then strain. Drink 1- 2 cups of tea daily. If
desired, add honey and/or lemon to taste. NOT TO BE USED DURING
PREGNANCY.
