Eucalyptus is an evergreen tree native to Australia. The leaves contain eucalyptol, a common flavoring ingredient in commercial mouthwash, cough drops and vaporizer fluids.
Often used to relieve stress, symptoms of cold n'flu, or as a revitalizing respiratory aide, eucalyptus leaves offer volatile oils which can be released by steam.* Their most common applications are in facial or hydro-steams, aromatherapy, and teas.
