French Atlantic Sea Salt – trace minerals help stimulate mucous
Green myrtle — a good expectorant (clears mucous from the lungs)

1. Add a heaping 1/2 teaspoon to your neti pot
2. Add 10 oz. of distilled or boiled water – cooled to room temperature – and stir thoroughly
3. Run 5 oz. through each nostril

Can be used twice a day for maximum benefits
