This anti-allergy bulk herb blend astringes mucous membranes in the nose and sinuses drying secretions and preventing allergens from permeating tissues. It also contains herbs to boost the immune response and prevent infection. Start drinking it early in the allergy season to prevent any sinus problems before they start!
Contains: Stinging Nettles, Elderflowers, Elderberries, Goldenrod, Gotu Kola
Directions: Make as a decoction using 1 heaping teaspoon of tea blend to 1.5 cups water. Simmer, covered, 5-15 minutes, strain and drink 2-4 cups daily during allergy season.
