- "Many out there claim Vitex to be a magical hormone normalizer that will fix anything that may be wrong with the female reproductive system, and while that would be very convenient, it would take some of the fun out of herbal formulating! I use Vitex predominantly to regulate menstrual cycles that are all out of sorts, but in specific ways.
