Ingredients: Mugwort, Peppermint, Astragalus Root, Chamomile, Red Raspberry Leaf, Corn Silk, Orange Peel, & Nettles

Directions: Add 2-3 tbsp (tablespoons) of herbal blend to 4 cups boiling water (spring, distilled, or alkaline). Remove water from heat and let steep for 10 mins allowing steam to cool to your comfort level prior to sitting, squatting, or kneeling over. Allow steam to permeate vaginal region for 25-30 minutes.

If any diagnosis of HSV or actively on any form of Birth Control steam for 10-15 minutes max. 6 steam sessions per package.

You can steam once before your period (no less than 3 days prior to the predicted period) and within the first 3 days of your period ending.

Do not steam if you are pregnant or bleeding. Do not use the blend if your cycles are not 28-30 days.

Store in a cool, dry place. For best results, use within 1 year.
